I'm a fourth year medical student in the Southern United States with a zeal for Emergency Medicine, Free Open Access Medical Education (FOAM), and evidence-based medicine/knowledge translation. I'm particularly interested in adoption and transmission of practice outside of the academic setting.
I started this blog as a personal learning discipline. Chronicling clinical experiences and literature solidifies and build my synapses - I tend to remember things better when I hammer out my thoughts, document my sources, and engage in amateur analysis. I'm not an expert in anything but spicy culinary endeavors, so please take my writings with a figurative grain of salt.
Cheers!
